Syrah - Pour a glass of our 2005 Syrah and note the dark cherry color with flavors of blackberry, cocoa and defined black pepper. Aged over 10 months on french oak.  This wine compliments your favorite steak and even a good Southern Bar-B-Q.

2005 Olde Yattken - A wonderfully crisp and light dessert wine.  Made from a blend of our Viognier and Chardonnay grapes, thus giving the wine a light fruitiness.  A very refreshing wine served cold to end the evening.
